In the book, I outline dozens of ways to build a business from the guests you already have coming to your farm or haunt. I outline simple ways to increase the average sale ticket and adds plenty of ways to directly use your guests to promote your business and bring new friends back to you. 



What if you had a system that increased traffic, average sale ticket and specifically encouraged repeat visits? Most of us know these things should happen, but do we really have a system in place to make them happen? 



NO, we don’t. We think our ‘good service’ will indirectly influence our guests, and that’s NOT good enough. 



This presentation is a distillation and farm/agritourism/haunt industries specific take on just a few of the most powerful ideas from the book. Do note that, due to some technical difficulties recording at Haunt Show, we've edited in portions of the presentation as it was given at the NAFDMA convention, but the material is the same. Some fo the examples might be farm-friendly, some are haunt-specific, but they are ALL relevant.
